Session Objectives:
To present case of blunt & penetrating abdominal trauma patient managed laparoscopically at JLGMH
Learning Outcomes:
At the end of the session, the participants should be able to:
1. Identify the indication and prerequisites in performing laparoscopy in trauma patients
2. Discuss the advantage of minimally invasive surgery in traumatic injuries to the abdomen.
3. Discuss the role of minimally invasive surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of the acute surgical abdomen.
