Endo-Urology Session

Session Objective:

The session will discuss the different strategies in doing Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy, provide Tips and Tricks in such surgery and discuss the major differences in doing Right and Left side procedures.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the session, the participants should be able to:

1.  Understand the important steps in the preparation for Laparoscopic Renal Surgeries including patient positioning, initial access and dissection.

2. Learn the main differences in the dissection of left and right-sided renal surgery.

3. Grasp the critical steps of Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy.

4. Get personal Tips and Tricks of doing the procedure from the speaker.

5. Understand the differences in the treatment outcomes of tumor enucleation and standard partial nephrectomy.
